The best ramen in Dubai, hands down. Kinoya was started by “The Ramen Lady” whose sold-out supper clubs were so good that people would fly in from Saudi just for the night to attend them! She’s well-known in Dubai for private home dinner parties that had 3 month-long waiting lists — and spots were snapped up in one minute of opening. With the opening of Kinoya, a true labour of love, Dubai now has a Japanese restaurant with soul. Broth steeped for 24-48 hours, handmade and hand-rolled noodles, painstaking attention to detail and a curated Sake selection - I can’t recommend this enough.
